Cerca hotel in Saipan Municipality

“Most of waterpark and restaurants are closed.”

“Location on the beach was fantastic. Just need heavier comforters, the constant A/C was a bit much.”

“The room was bigger than what I expected and the bed was quite comfortable. The only problem I encountered was that the elevator was down for maintenance from Friday afternoon until Saturday night. Climbing up the stairs to get to the 3rd floor was not enjoyable.”

“Overall, a good and affordable place to stay. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the elderly woman managing the hotel was very sweet and helpful. The sink was clogged and there was some leakage in the shower area, and the property looked a little different from the photos. The outside could also use some cleaning, but considering the price, it was still a decent stay. Great option if you’re looking for something budget-friendly.”

“Beautiful property on the beach with friendly staff. Spotless, comfortable room. My go to when visiting Saipan”

“Ocean view, clean, safe”

“The staff were all so friendly. The housekeeping was reliable. It’s a great location if you want to spend some time at the beach.”

“Newly remodeled”

“Thank you for accommodating us during typhoon Bavi. Not many places were available so I wouldn’t complain. Overall, we had a safe and awesome stay. Thank you!!!”

“Close to downtown area; the property is under renovation but did not pose a problem. I enjoyed that it had a microwave in the room, which is not common anymore. The place felt safe and was very roomy.”

“Small and dirty. Toilet bowl clogged ! TV not working No elevator”

“It's a beautiful house. The kitchen needs updating but I didn't ask for the kitchen. I was able to rent two bedrooms in this house. It's a great place to throw a nice gathering.”

“Beautiful ocean front hotel on a quieter stretch of powdery white sand. Paid airport shuttle was on time and convenient. Hotel manager responded immediately to small issues and was very thoughtful.”

“Everything was. More than average except no place to eat”

“My room was clean and the staff was nice. The lobby is quite hot but there was a friendly cat there that greets guests. My room was close to the bar area so I could hear.the noise but I just ignored it. It would best if the doors also had double-bolt for safety. You need to bring your own shampoo and soap, too; but towel has been provided. Good aircon quality!”
